Martin et al. (1) studied the morphokinetics of embryos based on their chromosomal status, either euploid, aneuploid, or mosaic. They sought not to enhance embryo selection in a clinical setting, but to understand if there are differences in the morphokinetics of embryo development when mosaicism is present compared with their euploid and aneuploid peers. This is a very senior group of investigators with extensive experience in evaluating embryo development in general and time-lapse data in particular.
