Run

Yesterday the Genesis staff ran in the Scotiabank Half-Marathon & 5k for charity. We were the biggest single team and ran/walked the routes in very bright, lime green t-shirts. Over half of the staff participated. It was a great time!

The streets were lined, particularly near the finish, with cheering supporters which made it all the more exciting. Some of the signs being held up for runners were hilarious. One read “you are kind of a big deal.” The Lulu Lemon Cheer Squad had a sign that read something like “cramps: bothering you since age 13.” Another read “go random stranger go.”
